Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition/HR department. This person will provide support in driving a full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and retention. You will work closely with management and employees alike to continue to build teams of top talent in an environment revolving around an exceptional culture.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aiding in the Company’s full-cycle recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel.  Strong focus on screening candidates for management and conducting first interviews.

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with the design and implementation of an overall recruiting strategy to ensure that staffing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Perform recruiting tasks with a sense of urgency to achieve or exceed the desired staffing levels on a regular and consistent basis.

  • Aid in creating and posting job ads on Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and any other job boards as necessary.  Includes managing the internal job board to promote growth opportunities within the organization.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the accuracy of job descriptions and make updates as needed.

  • Clearly articulate the job duties and responsibilities and the Company's benefit programs to all candidates.

  • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status.

  • Aid in generating daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting analysis reports to provide ongoing enhancement to the Company’s current staffing and recruiting processes.

  • Ensure that all talent acquisition policies, processes, and procedures are compliant with all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. 

  • Provide backup support by coordinating and directing the pre-employment processes between the candidate and the Company related to criminal background checks, drug and alcohol testing, selection assessments, and reference checks. 

  • Perform related projects and duties as assigned.

  • Document and maintain position processes to help ensure position continuity and for reference. 

  • Assist in relieving the Receptionist for breaks and/or lunches based on department needs. 

  • Practice and comply with all regulations promoting a safe and healthy work environment (i.e. OSHA).

  • Adhere to privacy; confidential, proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA)

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience

  • 3+ years of human resources-related experience in a recruiting role

  • Experience in healthcare or related industry preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must be able to establish and maintain productive, positive, and cooperative relationships with employees at all levels, partners, and outside vendors. Includes resolving interpersonal conflicts, correcting misunderstandings or errors, and applying basic staff etiquette in dealing with others.

  • Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary based on business needs or as requested by management.
