Position: Sales Recruiter

Location: Irving, TX (in-office, hybrid role)

Reporting to: Director of Sales

Compensation: $50,000 base + commission (estimated +/- $75k total comp potential in 1st year)

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri | 8 am to 5 pm

Gather Resources is looking for a strong Sales Recruiter, who will be responsible for sourcing, finding, and recruiting influential Agents and Independent Sales Organizations (ISO’s) for our client’s company. This position will focus on generating new business through researching, networking, following up with partner-supplied leads, and successfully moving opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Attend trade shows, college job fairs, and other promotional events to find talent

  • Contact prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline

  • Introduce and represent company solutions as a credible industry subject matter expert

  • Perform consultative needs assessments to verify business objectives, requirements, and preferences

  • Deliver sales presentations, and product demonstrations, and create business justifications

  • Meet weekly monthly quarterly and annual targets for warm leads, conversions, and closes

  • Analyze processing statements for negotiating to close new opportunities

  • Build a strong relationship with potential candidates for future reference

  • Assist with day-to-day activities and administrative tasks

  • Manage and update potential partner database

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the full business cycle

  • A high school diploma is required, and college and/or industry experience is a plus

  • Experience working with equipment vendors and payment processing networks is a plus

  • Working knowledge of software options and functionality
