Position: Sales Administration Specialist

Location: Farmers Branch, TX - Dallas, TX (on-site)

Reporting to: Sales Operations Supervisor

Compensation: $15 - $16 per hour + up to $550 monthly bonus incentives

Compensation Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Gather Resources is looking for a focused Sales Administration Specialist to work for their client in the Merchant Services Industry.

This Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible for boarding assigned merchant accounts from the Direct sales representatives including, but not limited to, Partner National Accounts. The Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for working with the sales and underwriting teams to obtain all documentation required for approvals of applications submitted by the Direct sales teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to merchants to obtain outstanding documents necessary for account approval.

  • Communicating with underwriters to coordinate missing information needed on accounts pending approval.

  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce for reporting generated to management.

  • Accurately note the status of pending accounts within Company systems.

  • Perform other related projects and duties as assigned.

  • Practice and comply with all regulations promoting a safe and healthy work environment (i.e. OSHA).

  • Adhere to privacy; confidential, proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e. HIPAA).

Skills, Attributes, & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with previous related work experience required.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administration, preferably in the payment processing industry.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications with Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.

  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective customer service and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be detail-oriented.

  • Ability to handle and complete multiple projects and meet all assigned deadlines and quotas.

  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.

  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, partners, and vendors.

  • Ability to handle confidential material appropriately.
