Position: Pool Monitor
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Compensation: $15 per hour

Reporting to: LPW/VCM Community Manager

Gather Resources is looking for a few responsible candidates to work as Pool Monitors at a local neighborhood community pool. Scheduled shifts are 1 pm to 9 pm each day, 7 days a week. Shifts will be divided between two or more candidates. In the event of inclement weather conditions, the Pool will be closed.
Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor the pool area from the hours of 1 pm to 9 pm each day and straighten and clean up the furniture at the end of each day. Enforce posted pool rules. Assure all swimmers are LPW residents and their allowed guests. Assure residents sign the sign-in sheet provided by the management company. Exercise discretion when dealing with homeowner's private information.
This is not a lifeguard position. In the event of an emergency, Pool Monitor is instructed to call 911.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and/or move pool furniture back to intended locations.
