Position: Office Administrator

Location: Irving, TX

Our client is seeking an incredible Office Administrator who thrives on being busy in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and has a strong initiative. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support, reporting, and assisting in the development of new growth projects for the company.

The Office Administrator would play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the company’s administrative activities. The Office Administrator will be responsible for developing inter-company communication protocols, task delegation, and routine administrative functions. The ideal candidate is well-organized, reliable, and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. The Office Administrator works cross-functionally with other departments and under the general guidance of the Director of Human Resources.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Director team with day-to-day functions.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, arrange travel, and prepare itineraries.

  • Prepare reports, projects, and other documents for internal and external meetings.

  • Help prepare presentations for senior management, as needed.

  • Must become familiar with our products and services and ongoing business proceedings.

  • Prepare daily/monthly reports, as needed.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating office events, as needed.

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with all departments within the company.

  • Provide backup for the front desk, as needed.

  • Perform other duties and tasks as determined by the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.

  • 2 or more years of receptionist and general administrative experience.

  • Proficient computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/events.

  • Diligent toward task completion and follow through.

  • Ability to overcome obstacles and create innovative solutions.

  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry.

  • Adherence to company philosophy/mission statement.
