Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Irving, TX
Reporting to: Vice President of Marketing
Gather Resources is seeking a smart, energetic & multi-tasking Marketing Coordinator. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with our marketing team to ensure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with agency partners and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track and delivered on time. The Marketing Coordinator will facilitate social media posting and daily community engagement. Success in this role is centered on direct collaboration with the marketing team, business, and technology teams visioning and creating successful outcomes for all digital channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing projects and assist with the creation and posting of social content
Manage Marketing Center materials/fulfillment process
Track digital data; maintain promotional materials inventory; plan meetings and trade shows; maintain databases; prepare reports
Prepare and send campaign emails using the Critical Impact platform
Create and deploy weekly webinar invites
Manage lead lists
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1-3 years of social media experience
Minimum of 1-3 years of professional work experience in healthcare or related industry preferred
Self-starter with a high degree of personal accountability, domain ownership, and natural curiosity
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail
Innovative, motivated, organized, high-energy team player
Organized and able to prioritize work
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
