Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, train, and develop the full life-cycle recruiting team to accomplish the hiring needs across the US
Work closely with hiring managers and executives to proactively understand business needs and objectives
Develop and present new ideas to improve recruiting strategies and effectiveness
Monitor, review, and report individual and team recruiting metrics (KPIs) to ensure maximum production
Ensure the recruiting team stays informed and equipped to accomplish recruiting goals
Lead in creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, mentoring, and collaboration
Provide consultation to management and employees regarding policies and procedures
Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry-related associations to build a network and talent pipeline
Establish and manage department budget
Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on recruiting top talent
5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Health care or health insurance experience preferred
Ability to provide outstanding coaching and development of the Talent Acquisition team
Experience implementing Applicant Tracking System/s
Experience successfully working with a diverse team of employees, managers, and executives
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality
