Position: Director of Talent Acquisition

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, train, and develop the full life-cycle recruiting team to accomplish the hiring needs across the US

  • Work closely with hiring managers and executives to proactively understand business needs and objectives

  • Develop and present new ideas to improve recruiting strategies and effectiveness

  • Monitor, review, and report individual and team recruiting metrics (KPIs) to ensure maximum production

  • Ensure the recruiting team stays informed and equipped to accomplish recruiting goals

  • Lead in creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, mentoring, and collaboration

  • Provide consultation to management and employees regarding policies and procedures

  • Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry-related associations to build a network and talent pipeline

  • Establish and manage department budget

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on recruiting top talent

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Health care or health insurance experience preferred

  • Ability to provide outstanding coaching and development of the Talent Acquisition team

  • Experience implementing Applicant Tracking System/s

  • Experience successfully working with a diverse team of employees, managers, and executives

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
